ST. ROSE is a clean, luxury fragrance brand inspired by our Australian heritage and a natural approach to beauty. Founded by Belinda Smith in 2018, ST. ROSE was created to reimagine luxury beauty by making it clean, well-edited, accessible and sustainable.

As a brand, we're focused on conscious luxury, which means responsibly creating products that are safe for body, skin, and planet. Our products are vegan, certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny, IFRA and EU-compliant, and adhere to Credo's Clean standards. We've also partnered with one of the world's most prestigious international fragrance houses, Givuadan who are leading the industry in conscious ingredients by sourcing at origin and innovating a library of upcycled naturals.

Yes, they are. We do not use any ingredients from animals in any of our products. Additionally we are a cruelty-free brand and proudly Leaping Bunny Certified. Our formulations are never tested on animals.

We also never source from threatened or endangered plant species or ecosystems.

In an underregulated* beauty industry, we believe in transparent ingredient disclosure. We will continue to share what we know is healthy, beneficial, and safe for both people and planet.

*Did you know that fragrance companies are not required by law to disclose their ingredients? Usually you will just see the term 'fragrance' listed because of the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act of 1966 that protects fragrance formulas as 'trade secrets'. Yes, you read correctly –1966! It’s safe to say an update is long overdue.

We cleanly formulate our fragrances to be free from BHT, Phenoxyethanol, Parabens, Pthalates, Nitro, Poly or Alicyclic Musks, and Artificial Colorants. Additionally our perfumed candles are blended in 100% natural wax and are free from paraffin.

We also proudly share all ingredients in our compositions which is still a novel practice in the fragrance industry so that our customers can be confident in making healthy choices for themselves and their families.

While we can confidently state that our strict adherence to our compositional standards deliver luxurious, long-wearing, and the most cleanly formulated perfumed products possible, it is still important to use additional care when trying new beauty and body care products while pregnant to ensure no allergic or adverse reaction. Many women also find they have certain smell aversions while pregnant so we recommend starting with a sample or Discovery Kit before committing to a full-size bottle.

As a mission driven brand, we are driven to create a sustainable future with our communities and have been a 1% for the Planet business since day one, planting a tree with international reforestation charities for each purchase. We are currently planting with One Tree Planted in NSW, Australia.

We also donate to The K Farmer Dutjahn Foundation (KFDF) which is an Indigenous run not-for-profit foundation connected to the Aboriginal community working with our exclusive sandalwood provider. The mission behind KFDF is to advance the interests of Indigenous people in the sandalwood industry and improve the livelihoods of Aboriginal Australians living in the remote Western Desert.

Your feedback and questions are important to us. We may be busy preparing orders, but will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday) for a response regarding questions about your order. For all other inquiries, we will respond at our earliest convenience.

It is our policy to accept returns for defective or damaged products only. We always suggest you start with one of our Discovery Sets to sample the scents before purchasing a full size bottle.

If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 business days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailingconnect@st-rose.comand referencing your order number.Samples and Discovery Sets are not eligible for return.Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition.Once the product is received we will refund the product purchase amount minus a restocking fee of $15.The customer is responsible for the costs of delivery and return shipping. We recommend that Customers keep tracking/proof of return shipment and ST. ROSE accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced and items lost in transit back to ST. ROSE will not be compensated for. Only merchandise received by the ST. ROSE Returns Department will be eligible for a refund. Returned merchandise must be received no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Customer was provided with their RMA number.

Our fragrances are made in small-batches in our New York atelier, where we blend, bottle, and package each order with care.

• We generally process orders within 3 business days (Monday-Friday).

• Shipping times are typically 2-3 business days once an order ships from our studio.

• Please allow up to one week to receive your order from the time you place it.

• You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order ships that will include your tracking information. 

WHERE DO WE SHIP: We currently ship throughout the USA only. Unfortunately at this time we are not yet able to ship our products internationally due to regulations pertaining to the alcohol content of perfumes. Email us at connect@st-rose.com to inquire about international retailers. Some international customers have also had success using a third-party shipper such as MyUs.com (please note, we are not affiliated with third party shippers and assume no liability for orders shipped via other companies).
